Each Navika Girl piece is designed in and shipped from the USA.  We only use the best quality materials. As our signature on all of our products each item features at least on genuine Swarovksi crystal element which has been hand-placed by our talented artisans. We only use nickel-free and lead-safe materials.

Easy Returns

While we gladly accept returns for defects in our own workmanship according to our return policy claims procedures, Navika Girl is not responsible for items which are damaged by neglect or abuse by the customer. If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department right away (customercare@navikagirl.com or 949-582-2460). Cancel a Backordered Item Refund Anytime, as long as the item is still in Backorder status (not shipped or processing)
Cancel an order Refund Anytime, as long as the order has not shipped or been processed. If the order has been processed order shipped, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
